Award Winning!

We are thrilled to announce that 2021 has started off extremely well!

Despite having to currently remain closed to guests due to the Covid-19 lockdown, we are extremely proud to have received three award recognitions for Holiday Accommodation in Devon.  We have been shortlisted in two categories in the Visit Devon Tourism Awards.

Firstly for “New Tourism Business of the Year!”  This recognises business who have been running for less than 18 months.

Secondly for “Self Catering Accommodation of The Year!”.  This is an extremely tough category to be in, with so many amazing businesses in the South West, so to be a finalist is so exciting!

Being finalists in both these awards is a huge honour, especially as many of the other finalists are business we look up to.  The Awards are judged by a panel of highly regarded industry professionals, who have been judging all the businesses for the last 6 months.   The awards day is normally a formal event.  However due to Covid-19, we will find out how we have done at an online awards ceremony on the 11th March 2021.  We shall be putting on our best outfits for the online event! Let’s hope they still fit after a year of lockdown restrictions!!!

Thirdly we were nominated for the Corporate Live Wire Prestige Awards and were awarded with “Best in Family Break Stays – South West England (Devon)”.   Thank you to whoever nominated us for this award!

The recognition we have received via the awards has been a real boost for moral, especially after the last 12 months.  Knowing we are doing the right things to enable guests to have the most enjoyable stays possible, is great!  We are constantly improving and developing the facilities we can offer and hope to only increase this as time goes on.  Guest reviews speak for themselves and the fact that we have so many guests book repeat stays really does make us happy.  We can only thank our wonderful guests for helping us reach the position we are now.

We have now been at Nethway Farm for 2 years. Looking back at what we have achieved during this short time, drives us forward!  We are a small family team of 2, with our two children who get involved as much as possible.  We also have a team of fantastic local people to help us on changeover days, who are invaluable to the business.

So if you are looking at booking a holiday now is the time!  School summer holidays were booked a few months back, but we have limited availability for the rest of the year!  We look forward to welcoming everyone back as soon as we can!
