Can we arrange a supermarket delivery?
Why not check out our list of local suppliers who can deliver to the cottages?! Supermarket deliveries are also possible. We ask that the supermarket delivery is made for after you arrive and in the same name as the booking name and the cottage is on the booking form. This way we can help direct the delivery driver. The supermarkets that deliver here are Sainsburys, Waitrose, Tesco, ASDA, Iceland and Morrisons.
Can we help feed the animals?
Do you allow dogs in all your cottages?
We allow dogs in Hyssop, Lovage and Meadowsweet. Chamomile & Tarragon are strictly pet free. We ask dogs are not allowed upstairs. We do ask that dogs are not left in the cottages to roam free.
If you are using the pool please leave them in the kitchen or a dog crate. If you go out for the day please take your dog with you. However should you wish to visit somewhere without your dog (zoo/aquarium for example) they can be left for short periods, ONCE THEY HAVE SETTLED, as long as they do not cause a nuisance to other guests.
We ask that you let us know if a dog has been left in case of an emergency. You will be called to return to the cottage if the dog is upset. We cannot stress enough that we are dog lovers. However we have rules in place to allow your dog, you and other guests to have a relaxing and stress free holiday! A sofa throw, dog bowl, towel and poo bags are provided for picking up after your dog. If you would like to borrow a dog crate please ask as we have a few available if pre arranged.
Can we bring our friends back to the farm?
The Farm facilities are only for guests to enjoy. However please ask as in quieter months a day visit by a couple of friends may be possible. There are otherwise plenty of places locally for you to be able to meet up with friends.
