The pool is kept between 30 – 34 Degrees Celsius.
A member of our family has additional needs, can they use the 5 year old and under play area even though they are older?
Please do ask! We have a number of guests who have autistic children and we are happy for them to use the play area to relax in. The soft play structure is designed for younger children. The play area is currently open for single family use in order to maintain social distancing.
Do you provide a welcome pack?
We supply an initial supply of tea bags, coffee and sugar and a pint of milk. There is also salt and pepper in the kitchen as well as food wrap. Washing up liquid, dishcloth and brush, tea towels and a small supply of dishwasher and washing machine tablets are also in the cottage.

All bedding is supplied for a cosy night’s sleep!

Yes! We aim to provide as much as possible for children to save you from having to pack too much. Cots are 60cm x 120cm and all have an additional “normal” mattress on top of the traval cot mattress. We supply a waterproof mattress protector but ask guests to bring the additional cot bedding they require. More information about what else we provide for children can be found in the drop down menu under each cottage.

Dogs are welcome on leads around the cottages and animals. However dogs are welcome off the lead once away from the cottages and play area. We have lots of walks around the farm. Some of the fields may be empty of farm animals during your visit and we can let you know which would be suitable to let your dog off the lead in, if necessary.
Is there a pub in walking distance?
The nearest pubs are in Kingswear, about 2 miles away. The Steam Packet does great pizzas and other dishes and The Ship also serves food. They can be walked to, but it will be an uphill walk on the way back. Alternatively you could drive, which will take no more than 2 minutes!

This way we can help direct the delivery driver. The supermarkets that deliver here are Sainsburys, Waitrose, Tesco, ASDA and Morrisons.
