Five lovingly converted holiday cottages set in beautiful South Devon countryside for you to enjoy and explore

Our five high quality self-catering cottages have been converted from old farm buildings which belonged to the grade 2 listed Nethway house when it was all one large estate. William of Orange is reputed to have stayed there on route North. It also has strong associations with local smugglers which were big in these parts.
"Such lovely cottages! Well stocked with little extras. Comfortable, cosy and warm. Lovely location with walks from the door. Our 5 year old loved the pool, playroom & out door play area." Dena Fatseas
"We stayed in lovage cottage for 7 nights in June 2019. Our highlight was the indoor pool, my daughter spent hours in there, the water was really warm. We also enjoyed visiting the local beaches and Pennywell Farm. A very good holiday, thank you very much." Harriet Pepper
"Stuart Wow, what a lovely week stay in Lovage Cottage, the actual cottage itself is surprisingly spacious, well equipped and furnished and the private garden is a nice perk! Nethway farm is fantastic, so much for kids to do." Tom Tally
